Who runs it
GreenInBetween is made by Lasertoast Games, the “we” here. These terms cover this site and the game, wherever you play it.
What we keep about you, and why, is on the privacy page. Questions about either go to hello@greeninbetween.com.
It’s a beta
The game isn’t finished. Expect bugs, and expect things to change or disappear without notice, including how it plays. During the beta we may wipe scores, progress or accounts, and we may pause or end the beta at any time. The beta is free.
Playing fair
Where other players are involved, play fair: no programs playing for you and no doctored scores.
Don’t attack, overload or probe the game or this site, or try to reach the parts that aren’t meant for you. Don’t use either to harass anyone or to break the law.
Accounts and handles
You never need an account to play. If you sign in, you choose a handle and a display name that other players can see. Keep them clean: nothing hateful, sexual or threatening, and no posing as someone else or as us. You need to be 13 or older to sign in.
We can change or remove a handle, and suspend or close an account, when it breaks these rules or is used to spoil the game for others. Where we can, we’ll tell you why.
The iPhone app
The iPhone app is also covered by Apple’s standard license agreement for App Store apps.
No warranty
The site and the game come as they are, with no warranty of any kind. We don’t promise they’ll always work, stay online or keep what you’ve done in them.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using them, or from not being able to. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can’t be signed away.
When these change
The date at the top changes with them. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the game or on this site before it takes effect.
