What we keep, and why.
The beta signup is the only part of this site that collects anything. This is all of it.

What you give us
Your email address, and your answers to the three questions if you pick any: the phone you play on, whether you play real pool, and what pulls you in. The questions are optional.
What comes with it
The form also sends the time you signed up, the address of the page that linked you here if your browser passes it on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (the parts of the address that start with utm_). Cloudflare adds the country your connection comes from.
To stop one machine from flooding the list, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address with your signup, not the address itself.
Why
We use it to invite you to the beta and to write to you about it, and for nothing else.
Where it’s kept
In a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the page and keep attacks out.
How long
Until the game is out of beta and we’ve written to tell you so.
Want it gone sooner? Write to hello@greeninbetween.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete everything we hold for it. Questions about any of this go to the same address.
What this site doesn’t do
No trackers, no analytics, no ads, and nothing loaded from anyone else’s servers. We don’t set cookies.
The page remembers one thing, in your own browser: whether you paused the motion at the top. It stays there.
